If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have legal authority to do so.

Our Platform connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for virtual consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care as permitted by law. Telehealth is not a substitute for all in-person medical care.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening providers or staff.
• Recording or redistributing telehealth sessions without consent.

We strive to ensure accurate and high-quality telehealth services, but we make no guarantees about the completeness or suitability of any information provided.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catherine Yu DNP, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or telehealth services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you reside at the time of using our Platform. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in your state.
